Purchased by RDM in 1999, Jackson was fully remodeled and seismically retrofitted. With 16, 1-bedroom units around a central stair, the building is a showcase of classic San Francisco “Edwardian” styling. As part of the renovation of the building, all of the beautiful exterior and interior trim was restored, complete with real gold leaf, to become an icon of the neighborhood.
